Hey, I’m Magnus.
I’m a full-time swing and position trader originally from Sweden. I currently live in southern Spain, trading the U.S. markets; a setup that works very well with the time zone for me. It allows me to start my days without rushing, get meaningful work done beforehand, and approach the market open fully prepared and focused.
The beginning of my trading jorney
Before trading, I actually worked for many years as a car mechanic, starting at a young age. I later transitioned into building websites and became a full-time entrepreneur in that field. Through entrepreneurship, I grew increasingly interested in how to grow and manage capital, which ultimately led me to investing and trading.
I started actively trading stocks in 2022, after first finding my way into the crypto markets in 2020. What began as simple curiosity quickly turned into a daily obsession with charts, market structure, and understanding my own behavior as a trader.
My trading style
Most of my trades are swing or position trades that play out over several days or weeks, but I’ll occasionally take a day trade when volatility and conditions line up. My approach is straightforward: price action, solid risk management, and patience. I spend far more time waiting than trading, focusing only on setups that make sense to me.
This website is my public trading journal. Here, I share my watchlists, trade ideas, lessons learned, and how my strategy evolves over time. I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not trying to pretend I do; I’m simply documenting the process, staying accountable, and working to get better one trade at a time.
